RFQit.net Terms and Conditions

RFQit.net has drastically improved the sourcing process by providing a platform that starts with an RFQ from a buyer. No more endless searching for items that meet spec. No more constantly updating inventory. We connect serious buyers with vendors that specialize in their field. These vendors provide the parts, shipping, and honor stated warranties. RFQit.net helps ensure the purchase goes smoothly.

Funds from purchases are dispersed in a timely manner to ensure both parties are satisfied. Transactions incur a 10% fee (subject to change) from the funds paid to vendor. The site will collect taxes based on delivery location.

Listings and Quotes

A picture is worth a thousand words. Add photos and relevant documents for RFQs and Quotes for a better transaction. Both buyers and vendors are held to high standards for accuracy and truthfulness.

Shipping

All shipping to be FOB destination. Use the address shown on the order and reference the RFQ #.

Payment Terms

To approve a quote, the buyer will make payment online via available payment methods. Vendors will be mailed a check to location stated in their profile up accepted delivery.

Honor Code

Rfqit.net’s off-platform policy prohibits any actions intended to move a transaction off the website, including exchanging contact information or sharing links to external sites for purchase. This rule protects both buyers and sellers from fraud. Violating this policy can result in penalties such as warnings, temporary account restrictions, or even a permanent suspension. We work diligently to make it worth being part of the RFQit.net community.

Condition Glossary

New OEM-The equipment was purchased through the manufacturer’s authorized distribution network. The equipment is in its original OEM packaging and is subject to the manufacturer’s original warranty. Vendor will perform full testing (if the factory reports are not supplied) and inspection to ensure completeness of equipment if applicable.

Surplus-New– The equipment will be a NEW piece of equipment that is in the OEM’s original packaging. Vendor will perform full testing and inspection to ensure completeness of equipment and lightly clean, lubricate and make RE-CERT, as applicable. Test results and wiring diagram (if E/O and available) are supplied with shipment. Vendor warranty stated in quote is from date of shipment on parts and labor.

Surplus-Unused– The equipment will be an UNUSED piece of equipment that may not be in OEM original packaging. Equipment may have undergone operations from acceptance testing processes but has not been fully commissioned and placed into service. Vendor will perform full testing and inspection to ensure completeness of equipment and lightly clean, lubricate and make RE-CERT, as applicable. Test results and wiring diagram (if E/O and available) are supplied with shipment. Vendor warranty stated in quote is from date of shipment on parts and labor.

Re-Certified– Equipment will be provided with no broken, damaged or missing parts. Equipment will be fully inspected for completeness and in good mechanical condition. As applicable, all electrical and solid-state components will be tested for operational integrity. Vendor warranty is from date of shipment on parts and labor. Test results and wiring diagram (if E/O and available) will be supplied with shipment if applicable.

Untested– Equipment will be provided with no broken, damaged or missing parts. Equipment is expected to be in good mechanical condition. Original packaging, test results and wiring diagram (if E/O and available) may not be available. Vendor warranty stated in quote is from date of shipment on parts and labor.
